Filmix® is a nanoparticle dispersion mixer (dispersion stirring device) that achieves sharp particle size distribution and micronization to nanometer sizes, which was difficult with conventional high-speed stirrers. It significantly shortens development time through emulsification and dispersion in seconds for battery device manufacturing, such as lithium-ion batteries and capacitors. The 56-L model is capable of both batch and continuous operation on a tabletop. Once the conditions are set for batch processing, continuous experiments can be conducted by assembling a line.
